      PTO, Benefits, thats about it

      the last few years have really been rough at IDT, a new team of executives came in and really got rid of all the employees who were the heart and soul of who made this company great. Founding team members were let go, and all of HR was pushed out and replaced with robotic karens who have zero idea on how to communicate with the general public. Associates were also promised that they'd stay as WFH members and then were forced to return to office to be micromanaged.

      Pros

      Big biotechnology company, but I can't say there's job security.

      Cons

      Little job security despite a large company, did a bait and switch on my position and pay after I gave three weeks to my prior employer and before I had even started. Felt tricky.

      There are a lot of cool things to learn about DNA. Flexible with hours.

      Cons

      With the turnover rate, training is lacking. Not many opportunities for promotions without relocation. Pay wasn't very competitive.
