in a strong position. good products. mostly nice people.

Cons

unexperienced leaders. Danaher who bought IDT will hopefully fix that. not the right place for selfmotivated people.

Great atmosphere in the company! Quick innovation, constant improvement and growth troghout the organization. Exciting future for the company.

Cons

Leuven is just a manufacturing site basically, so limited growth opportunities. Constant changes and bad communication from headquarters is not ideal. Salary is pretty avarage.
