      Pros

      There’s a wide scope of interesting projects and opportunities. They have good programs for internal growth and development.

      Cons

      Seems a bit old school. People work in siloes and often won’t even respond to you because you’re not their manager. Many employees have only ever worked at IDT so it can become stagnant. This leads to poor change management and employee engagement.

      Pros

      Good benefits/PTO, plan in place for yearly raises, good people, cool science

      Cons

      Very little respect for lower level employees, especially in the operations space (where pay is mid already). Lots of unfulfilled promises about hiring from within and developing talent. Overworked. They removed basically all work from home opportunities but without adding office space and at the same time cut budget for employee events.

      Young team of staff, everyone generally gets along. Good culture. Open communication. Allowances are good for production and shipping employees.

      Cons

      Could have more leaves. Benefits can be improved. Basic salary can be higher. More flexibility in salary negotiations.
