      Pros

      Work is not hard, the company has an excellent reputation with customers and a good funnel.

      Cons

      Extremely bureaucratic and process oriented. Difficult to really blow numbers out of the park and get rewarded for it. They say it's uncapped commission but if you plot it out the convoluted formulate tapers commission after a certain point.

      Pros

      -The other associates are generally friendly -have had a great experience with direct management

      Cons

      -the vast majority of the labs pay little and you will get next to zero useful experience from working in them -Leadership at the company has taken a nosedive and will refuse to listen to the bulk of the employees complaints -Has turned into a corporate machine in recent years -low wages with zero hazard pay -they will refuse to negotiate pay or other benefits -“pay for performance”, but they don’t follow that AT ALL -top leadership has ZERO respect for employees well-being
