      Very easy work, they're generally flexible with hours

      Cons

      a product of contentment with the site, it feels a majority of technicians do not want to improve the site or even be present. Seems there's a lot of gossip and blaming, no accountability. There's also no job growth, just waiting out senior roles

      A lot of turnover in senior management and no one really understands the business anymore. Too much process improvement without user adoption before the next roll out.
