      Good Company to Start Your Career

      Pros

      Pay is more than many companies I have worked for at the beginning of my career. It is a company you can grow your career in but you may have to do so by moving departments when there are openings. LGBTQ+ inclusive company.

      Cons

      I have heard that they pay for some positions - especially tech - is not great compared to other companies. Aside from customer service (good culture), the department culture can be toxic depending on who you work with and management. Additionally, they are still in the midst of a reorganization so big changes can come quickly on short notice.

      It's a job that pays you money

      Cons

      They don't care about your experience, degree, or level of schooling. They'll work you to the bone and throw you away. It's a cheap labor mill for fresh graduates from University.
