Pros

The company is largely filled with a young workforce where as a queer person I generally felt accepted and supported. Direct management has always been very supportive, and I've enjoyed being part of cutting edge advancements in biotechnology.

Cons

Upper management is very corporate and interested in bottom lines and results, not individual well being. Strong anti-union rhetoric without trying to address the issues that led to a unionization effort. The parent company's concerns and expectations far outweigh anything happening at the manufacturing level

Good people and an ethical company

Cons

Account Administration department is EXTREMELY understaffed at all times and is VERY demanding. Yearly bonus fluctuates frequently and is not guaranteed. Upper management doesn’t listen to suggestions.
