Coworkers are amazing, full of love, acceptance and generally work really hard.

Cons

Low pay, management is extremely bias, racial discrimination, friendly politics outweigh work ethic. Promotion is impossible

-The other associates are generally friendly -have had a great experience with direct management

Cons

-the vast majority of the labs pay little and you will get next to zero useful experience from working in them -Leadership at the company has taken a nosedive and will refuse to listen to the bulk of the employees complaints -Has turned into a corporate machine in recent years -low wages with zero hazard pay -they will refuse to negotiate pay or other benefits -“pay for performance”, but they don’t follow that AT ALL -top leadership has ZERO respect for employees well-being
