-Many days of flexible time off -Health insurance -Stress free -Good first job to have for 1-3 years MAX -Good job for someone trying to get a second degree or with other commitments -Very easy work -Life insurance -The people are generally decent

Cons

-Pay is very bad for everyone (research assistants, software people, customer service, scientists, etc.) even if you have a graduate degree -No career track -401K match (when they do match) is a small % of a small salary -Raises are laughable -Don't expect to learn much or grow professionally -No bonuses or other additional compensation

Pros

The environment at the company has a good family like appeal. Very good for younger workers, family oriented employees. Interesting jobs and environment as a whole, friendly coworkers. Bonuses for those looking into HSA accounts.

Cons

Limited benefits, the caps on allowable raises are less than current inflation. 401k match is small compared to other companies, and has few options for funds to invest in.

Site managment is horrible. Inexperienced, lacking empathy and direction, no accountability, can't keep teams. High turnover. Low pay. No growth.
