Pros

From an Operations & Manufacturing perspective, the company culture is pretty good and the people working in Operations are a delight. You gain a good number of skills working here, and the company makes it clear they want you to create your career with them. The benefits are fairly generous, too.

Cons

They can stand to pay more. They try to increase numbers each year, but compensation rarely follows the same trend. Compensation is often brought up as a topic of discussion during Town Hall meetings with L2 and L1s, but often does not meet associate expectations.

Excellent environment and leaders with resources necessary to take you where you want in your career. Leaders have the best intentions at heart and are always willing to hear your voice—very proactive company and less reactive. Very culture-centric, encourages open discussion, and promotes a diverse work environment with true intentions.

Cons

The company's direction can come out of left field at times, upper level colleagues don't always seem to have a real sense of everything going on at each level.
