      There’s a wide scope of interesting projects and opportunities. They have good programs for internal growth and development.

      Cons

      Seems a bit old school. People work in siloes and often won’t even respond to you because you’re not their manager. Many employees have only ever worked at IDT so it can become stagnant. This leads to poor change management and employee engagement.
