      A Beautiful Disaster

      You get to know a lot of people.

      Cons

      Low salary, lower than average for this industry. Leaders don't always agree with decisions and this leads to chaos. A lot of bureaucracy, no one can change the process that was established many years ago by people that don't even work there anymore. No one understands the process. You can talk to different people and they will all tell you different things and sometimes nothing at all. Long lead times to deliver products and services. Sales team are left to sell magic.

      Great team dynamics, direct supervisor effectiveness, good PTO

      Cons

      Short notice changes in work environment, teams that function best in a remote work environment will be seeing a decrease in productivity once hybrid requirements are in place.

      The people that you work with everyday in the lab are a great team.

      If you so much as question the upper management and leadership they will put a target on your back and find a way to get rid of you.
