Pros

Good if you have minimal education/experience in the biotech field. Rarely fire people, so you can get away with doing bare minimum or calling out frequently if you’re into that

Cons

Management only cares about their own advancement. Pay is below standard for this industry and geographic region. Several employees have slept on the job multiple times, some at least a dozen separate instances. Low standards, high turnover. Unprofessional environment. Often heard racist/sexist/generally gross comments.

The people I interacted with day to day were very nice

Cons

We didn't get paid very competitively for our area. I made a night shift differential which caused me to earn more than my manager. Not much hope for growth there.
