      -Very little salary which do not commensurate with qualifications and experience -management do not understand employees' needs -management do nothing to employees who perform badly -management likes to distribute extra tasks without extra compensation -no substantial monetary compensation for achievement -limited career advancement, promotion tends to based on seniority rather than capability.
