Pros
IDT was recently purchased by Danaher. They are making lots of good changes. The work done here is advancing science and will make the world a better place. I like the HDHP with HSA. IDT contributes to the HSA.
Cons
There is no opportunity for advancement. The benefits are decent. Rumors are some will change due to acquisition by Danaher. Probably some better, some worse. Compensation and staffing levels have been kept artificially low as they prepared to go public or be bought. Hopefully, under Danaher, things will improve.
