Pros
Great people, excellent compensation, both base and performance based, but relatively mediocre benefits. Interesting niche projects in trailing edge technologies. Very nice campus in San Jose, decent office space elsewhere.
Cons
Salesman CEO on top, bent on squeezing "value" out of company without regard for its long term prospects. Regular quarterly layoffs at the time of record profits. Collection of startups, as growth through acquisition seems to be the only plan for innovation.
