Good Benefits, Unprofessional Conduct With Resignation

Pros

IMSI provides good pay, good benefits, and is willing to help you succeed in your career by offering educational assistance.

Cons

Unprofessional behavior when it comes time to resign. IMSI will claim you relinqush your PTO if you take a position with their client. I would suggest anyone working for IMSI that decides to take a job with their client that you take all your PTO time before notifying them. or don't notify them at all so you get what is promised to you per their handbook.

Good pay and benefit opportunities for being a contractor

Cons

Where do I begin....never answers emails or calls, never communicates with you or your boss, use up your PTO because the minute you put in your notice (even if you're still working there for the last 2 weeks) you lose all rights to your PTO time. You don't get paid for it and you don't get to use it. And when I called the president for clarification and he chewed me out. He called me ungrateful, selfish and said that the only reason I got hired was of him. Apparently MY hard work had nothing to do with it. Never again would I work for him or recommend this company.

Pay on time, good health insurance gives option for 401 k plan. Sponsors green card

Cons

Only one person to handle all hr related queries which some times takes days to answer simple questions
