Income potential - IOS has a competitive compensation package. I genuinely love my job; I love the people I work with, and if you are tired of being a number you should check out IOS.
Cons
With great reward comes great responsibility. If you are not humble, hungry, and smart, and don't work well as part of a tight-knit team, then this company may not be a good fit for you.

IOS offers a dynamic and very family-like work environment with plenty of opportunities for growth, especially for those looking to gain hands-on experience in access control, security systems as well as doors frames & hardware - anything that's related to an opening. The team is supportive and extremely knowledgeable, with leadership that encourages innovation and professional development. Everybody is heard, ideas and initiative are always welcome. Cross-department collaboration is strong, and there's a real sense of purpose behind every project. The company is growing quickly, redefining the industry which opens doors for advancement and the chance to make a tangible impact regardless of what role you take on.

Like any rapidly growing company, things can move fast, and sometimes processes are still evolving—so it’s best suited for people who are adaptable and have a winning mindset. Not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of.
