Pros

The culture and commitment to their employees is second to none. We have multiples team events, happy hours, picnics and team building activities on a monthly basis. Opportunity is high for growth and there is always a chance to learn and climb the ladder! Great mentorship and compensation.

Cons

Healthcare insurance. Good but not great.

Pros

Integrated fully invests in their employees, empowering us to learn and grow, while providing stability, resources and support along the way. It is fast paced, business casual, fun and innovative. I love working here. It's exciting and every day is different.

Cons

No real cons, a growing company always has some "growing pains", but I feel that Integrated has been careful and very smart with decisoons pretaining to that. Working here is being a part of something very special.

Pros

I've been lucky enough to call IREG my work family since it's inception. The CEO is a true visionary. We lead with a servant heart so serving people is what we do. Whether that's investors, residents or employees.

Cons

Wow this is a hard one for me, if there were Cons I wouldn't have stayed this long.
