Pros

There is a lot of room for growth within the company.

Cons

The sales culture is slightly skewed. Some of the expectations are unreasonable and ridiculous. There product is very expensive and you can only sell to a certain demographic of people.

Money Benefits Most co-workers Residents

Cons

Maintenance is horrible. They are rude to residents and many are scared to "bother" them. Some feel bullied by them. It takes way too much and long to get them to show up on weekends The upper management just blows off concerns or complaints. They act like they listen, but do nothing.
