Relaxed environment, with flexibility to take care of personal stuff. Like kids and doctor appointment.

Cons

There is no actual training or clear direction, you figure out things as you go.

Pros

The staff they hire are very friendly and easy to work with, while still being knowledgeable and helpful to a first timer like myself. They have an employee discount of 20 percent that applies to all their properties not just onsite living and working discount. PTO is pretty decent and health, vision, dental, are pretty standard. (For reference I am a single person no dependents)

Cons

The commission rates are pretty good but there are definitely better but also worse places.
