Hello, and thanks so much for your review. We thrive off a culture of not micromanaging and allowing everyone to be an SME, so we are glad that you are enjoying this. We are always looking at our benefits as well as career opportunities for internal staff, and our investment in Talent and Capability will enhance our succession planning as well as up-skilling for current staff.

Pros

More sales mean more variety in my workload. Variety is the spice of life and there is certainly a lot in this role. Variety of Vendor platforms, customers, and tasks. From Global Service Suppliers, though Global Corporations, in a variety of Countries taking on work for different regions. It may sound manic, but each challenge re-enforces the relationships created across the company to provide solutions to satisfy customer expectations. And that is where the tract has taken me. We don't just sell products, we supply solutions to problems. The new normal has generated a lot of new problems for businesses which means more creative opportunities and its exciting to see IR tackling them.

Cons

The new Working From Home regime makes it harder to maintain internal contact and just as hard to appreciate what ails others. The loss of "office chat" and "visibility of activity" can make it awkward to maintain traction and easier to overwork the day. But this is a problem for all Businesses in this position at present.

Hi there, and thank you for your review. We are glad that you are enjoying your role, and have excitement for the future of IR. It can be difficult with the change of workstyle (to working from home), however we are hoping that the online events we host are bringing you some of our sense of culture.

Pros

I really feel I can truly be myself here. I am empowered to do my work and my experience and expertise in my field are trusted by my manager. Flexible working, friendly colleagues, fun events, exciting future plans.

Cons

There are people who don't like that IR is changing and evolving to keep up with technology and our industry. They can be argumentative and stubborn so I guess they just like how it used to be?
