Pros

-Anyone not in a managerial position is fantastic, my experience with my coworkers was unforgettable.

Cons

-Management is completely deaf, there are constant happiness surveys that are sent out and are totally meaningless as nobody listens. They are out of touch and can't and won't help with technical issues as they don't do actual IT work. -Miscommunication or just not communicating is to be expected with Management -Constant long pointless meetings that could just be emails take away from your work-time -Management has and will publicly humiliate their employees in meetings, and are verbally abusive -Non-Existent work/life balance -Pay is insulting -No advancement opportunities -Management is states away -You are not seen as human, you are a number and your metrics better be perfect. -Bonuses are next to impossible to get, despite bonuses being "easily obtainable"
