      Pros

      Waffle Wednesday, free food in the office, work from home.

      Cons

      The healthcare coverage is absolutely awful. Client systems are designed to be difficult to manage and work on. Client documentation is poor, old and no one cares to update it. Passwords are hidden from staff so troubleshooting and logging into systems to do your work is frustrating. Local management in my regional office consists of rude, stubborn, and childish individuals that have no plans to progress your career. Training is poor, almost non-existent. Bad product offerings.

      Awesome Culture and truly one of the best MSP to work for. Leadership values each employee, as well as clients and, is always looking at ways to improve.
