Pros

National company with opportunities to grow in your skill set. Great people to work with for the most part. Plenty of lunches provided as well as great healthcare. So many different technologies to learn! You will never get bored. Company is working hard to attract good employees and meet their desire for a good workplace.

Cons

There have been growing pains. At times there is little management (which is not always a bad thing), but the managers get into the trenches with you and help. Communication can be lacking between departments but seems to be getting better.

Nothing. They pay you to be here so that's a plus.

Cons

- Company consistently lies to employees promising more than they could ever give - The individuals they are bringing on to 'fix' problems are quitting. - They lie to people on Glassdoor saying they have 'growing pains', the company has been in business for almost 20 years, or so their site says. If this doesn't show that they can't get it together I dont know what does.
