      Pros

      The pay is fair. The software tools ConnectWise. The direct manager. Shift trading opportunities.

      Cons

      Giving you permission to take time off and forgetting they did. Massive turnover with 2-5 people quitting every month. Having to track per minute what task you're on. Any gaps 1 minute or over must be accounted for. Having to fill out two individual timesheets in two different pieces of software. Little to no recognition. Boring and painful monthly corporate townhalls. No imaging software/server. Poor ticket balancing.

      A few coworkers are nice

      Upper Management knows little in the IT department Too much time spent on meetings about taking action instead of letting technicians do their jobs. Extremely Understaffed with no effort to change More people are leaving than being hired. No raises (Unless you're management) No room for advancement unless you're upper management or builds but that's mandatory Micromanagement is a constant (they call it managing but being on your employees backs 24/7 is not just managing) I watched this company be taken over and spoiled by new management and it will not survive how its currently running.
