      Rude, entitled brokers

      They do pay a decent wage.

      Cons

      If you’re part of the dispatch team, be ready to be talked down to like a dog. The brokers ASK you to make calls on their loads and call them with any issues. Then cuss you out and scream at you when you call them. This was a REGULAR thing during my year of employment with them. Disgusting behavior.

      Great people to work with, great communication, work from home, good advancement opportunities.

      Better pay increases for promotions, etc.

      Love everything about it! Wonderful people to work with and they are constantly working to enhance systems and processes.

      I really can't think of any cons.... it's a great place to work.
