Everyone in management is a co-owner so do not trust anyone. Rumors spread like crazy, if you're not a favorite you're viewed as just another number, and god forbid you dont wanna work yourself to death for THEIR success. The pay isn't equal whatsoever, hardly any of their technicians are licensed, the licenses they do have are forged by admin under direct management instructions. They laugh at upset customers, dont care about their employees or their hardships and so much more. If you want to work somewhere thay makes you hate yourself every day then this is the perfect place for you.

I don’t even know where to start. The PTO isn’t unlimited, their benefits are horrible, and they only let women who have never actually done the job before be managers who play favorites and try to sleep with all of their employees. The trucks are gps monitored and they will take your truck away if you use it for anything other then work. It was high school all over again, if you’re not “one of the cool kids” they won’t care about you regardless of your skill level. At one point I had a really bad heart problem and had to go to the ER and they basically fired me over it. Their branch manager told me all they care about as a company is corporate profits.
