The structure of the company is clear, their vision is simple yet steadfast in the realities of growth with in the company myself and growth for our candidates that we hire. I see so many different people a day from all corners of my beautiful city, this exposure to people is good, generates positive conversations and self growth in a time that it seams our country is divided across colors and ideals. This division does not exist in my Opportunity Center, there are no ideological barriers or walls to climb to reach the candidate. Giving someone a job is a wonderful feeling. We build bridges here at Integrity. Not walls, this is a unique opportunity that I an grateful for. Overtime opportunities are a reality as the Lead.
