the c suite is operating completely against what core values they've had. its one thing to be profit driven, kpi focused, and cost sensitive. its another to be terrible at all those things. c suite has antiquated view of how sales and marketing should operate. tech stack could be from the 90s, you'll spend most of your day fighting technology and bad process and most weeks waiting for upper management to see another idea of theirs failed, hoping they don't blame your area and start firing. and benefits? terrible.

Management does not care about their employees. I received little support in this role. I had 3 different managers in 10 months. They changed their strategies many times duento their lack of market insight.
