      Pros

      Integrity has an awesome team of placement specialists that are fun to talk and work with. Job is straightforward and routine never changes. You interview a new person every 20 minutes or so.

      Cons

      You are asking the same questions over and over all day. For the most part this job is temporary lasting a month or two for the holiday season

      Pros

      One of the best senior leadership support teams I've seen yet in regards to immediately responding to issues and concerns of our associates in the same manner they do for our internal staff. Integrity provides the opportunity for anyone entering into the organization to be successful in achieving any level within any career path of their choosing if they are willing to work. Each person in each station throughout the company receives thorough training on each process necessary to perform their assigned duties along with the constant support, coaching and mentoring of their manager. What an awesome experience.

      Cons

      The continual short notice and very dramatic business changes from the client make it very difficult to be as successful as you could if you were able to execute a plan that wasn't constantly changing and being modified under your feet. It's like walking through a fun house at a carnival sideshow with the uneven floors and walls. You always feel off-balance. With that said, although a con, working as a senior manager in this type of environment teaches you to be a very aggressive manager in regards to developing methods and action plans to met or exceed client demands each day. I learned how to motivate, drive and leverage the skills, talent and experience from each of my team members to overcome each new challenge. Without my team and their efforts, I could not have been successful.

      Started as Temporary and got converted to full time in 10 weeks!

      Pros

      I was a little nervous about taking the job as a temp, because I heard you have to have good attendance and work at a decent pace to get hired on by Amazon. I knew I was a good worker and I come to work almost every day (only missed twice in two months). The people are fair and nice and very straight forward at both Integirty and Amazon. I got hired on and am now getting amazing benefits and have a great path for my future.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There are a lot of people working there, so it feels like competition for a full time job, but a lot don't really work that hard so while that is a negative, it's really a positive.
