Some staff are outwardly nice.

Cons

Lies of omission about incentives which were my prime reason for taking the job. Moved my start date solely to deny me said incentives. Thousands in lost pay from not taking better job offers and commuter costs. Some managers rude/unprofessional. I could not get the same answer out of two different managers about nearly anything. Lied to about overtime availability.

Pros

If looking for a temp job, decent office work. I would pass if you’re wanting permanent work. Fast-paced. Quick hire for competent employees. Team environment when management was good. Worked for multiple locations around Jeffersonville/Louisville/Shepherdsville in recruiting offices both Amazon and retail side of company. Had both FT and Temp recruiting positions in my time with company.

Cons

Temporary. Lots of hours for low wage. Little intellectual stimulation. Sad to toxic place when management was poor or absent. Disorganized and chaotic.
