A customer service representative is patient, quick, and must be updated with the information to better assist the visitors with their queries. Integrity has helped me to become more competent, patient, and hardworking. Working with ISS is indeed a challenging job. ISS rocks!

Cons

ISS is a fast growing company and is very competent. I do hope for extra incentives or benefits that will surely be a great help for the employees.

Working with Integrity helped me improved my untapped skills. Good work environment and just right compensation package. At Integrity, it is a continuous learning so career growth is at hand.

Cons

Benefits are not that competitive compared to other staffing agencies. However, I think this will improve in time since I can see that this is a growing industry.
