      Pros

      Integrity Staffing Solutions has given me the chance to let me demonstrate my leadership skills as well as helped me demonstrate a positive work attitude. The people are friendly and approachable and you get to know a lot of people from different cultures. The environment is competitive.

      Cons

      I do hope there are more incentives and benefits. This will surely be a great motivation for us to work harder.

      Pros

      The company provides equal opportunities for all regardless of race and gender. Integrity Staffing Solutions served as a field for my personal uplift with regards to social aspect and helped me exhibit a strong sense of commitment to serve people with the best that I can.

      Cons

      Incentives are not viable enough and does not fulfill the mission of making employees eager to strive harder at work.

      The company is growing and growing every year. The company uses their experiences to grow even better. Employees opinion and suggestions matters. The management will help you reach your full potential and guide you all the way. They acknowledge everybody's effort and nurture you like a family. Everyday is a happy day.

      Cons

      Need to work harder and challenge yourself everyday. The management sets up a high standard that is sometimes hard to meet but once you've met the standard they will make you feel good about yourself.
