      Pros

      Working with and helping the associates is rewarding. Nothing else is good about the job at all.

      Cons

      As a "manager," you work 15-20 hours of overtime a week during peak with no overtime pay or bonus. I never even got something as simple as a "thank you" from anyone above me.

      Pros

      Weekly paycheck, fast way to start working. Lots of exercise when they take you on to work in the large company warehouse.

      Cons

      The company you are sent to work for, the large company warehouse, continually motivates the temp employees by mentioning the potential to get hired fulltime. But most people are layed-off in mass once the work load slows down. So no matter what-keep looking for other employment while working here because it is a temporary position. But as a staffing agency, Integrity is a good company.
