      The core of the company is great, the new "regional managers" are terrible

      Pros

      I must admit the company itself was alway great with me, The benefits and pay were subpar but the owners of the company were great and looked after the staff.

      Cons

      Because the company has grown at such a great rate it needed to expand and bring on "regional managers". as well as several managers not familiar with staffing, customer service or people skills. These new managers were not properly vetted which made for a terrible working environment.

      Easy job to get Pay was decent

      Cons

      Employment process was aimed at people with a 3rd grade education Told I could pick my schedule, then told overtime was mandatory and I got points for missing. I told them I had school, and they didn't care.

      Pros

      Pay is great for a temp job. $11 per hour plus possible overtime during peak season.

      Cons

      Schedule is four ten-hour days starting (for me) at 7 A.M. so I have to wake up at 5 A.M.
