      Pay was competitive for job.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional work environment. Management would often force recruiting/BDM team to work overtime with late notice. Management would not listen to suggestions on how to improve the recruiting process/technology in the office to make our jobs easier. No real sales training or goals being reviewed. Upper management of predominately white males looked out for each other and did whatever it took to keep their jobs. High turnover.

      Flexible schedule Responsive Great Coworkers Time and half for OT which was every day

      The people who do staffing work in another state so when you ask for work close to home, it's hard to come by
