During my time at ISS, I watched a company with great promise get sucked into a back hole only caring about profits. Senior leadership (Todd and Sean) once would be on site working side by side with the team and everyone felt as if they where part of something big. Now we have layers of Vp's and Directors that don't listen, or are afraid to act, in many cases they appear to not understand or care. If/when you find one that will listen once the issue gets escalated it is either never followed up on or a new process is added that in the end doesn't address the issue or is in place to late and is no help. The good old boys club really needs to be stopped, you think its not noticed but trust us your employees we all see who the favourites are. When we see Todd or Sean now its only when things are bad and then everyone is fearing what will happen that the OC or FC they are at becomes a place of fear.

Upper management does not develop their leaders, no increase in income until you advance positions, no bonuses for mangers during Peak season, no recognition other than "the Cube".
