You are aware that in order to become an Amazon associate you are competing for the few conversion openings that will come eventually while the others will be laid off. There is no method to the madness of lay offs, they say it's attendance, quality and quota based but I've seen some of the hardest workers that were always there get laid off, started same day as me, we were champs, but for some reason they kept some of the idiots full of excuses. This was a higher than necessary stressor. They say you'll get noticed ten hours before your layoff, but that failed and almost everyone found out while working and were embarrassingly escorted out. They never came through with their reward promises or competitions while we stood and watched the Amazon associates get their attendance rewards. For insurance we were told that whoever makes it each week without missing a day will get a $10 gift card as Integrity employee and $25 as Amazon Associate. Well I never got any of them and my attendance was outstanding. This had been a repeated pattern of failed promises. Their attendance point system likes to error out against you. At one point I was sent home with mandatory time off and penalized for half a night (5 hours), it took many visits to hr for weeks to get it noted but not corrected on my profile. Some people were temporarily fired until their points were corrected, missing valuable work time in the process. I feel the managers are good but the process is bad and it treats people non human.
