Pros

Mature company structure, lateral move opportunities. The job is challenging, stimulating and hybrid work adds flexibility.

Cons

Very gently learning curve that leads to anxiety due to inexperience. Time pressures are real. Some built in inefficiencies in a mature corporation.

Pros

Work life balance is ok 70% of the days. Decent salary benefits for new engineers.

Cons

Very procedural and risk averse culture. Some work days can get super stressful in production. Salary and benefits do not grow in proportion to the work. Lot of top level decisions pushed down without much planning or realizing the real consequences at the frontlines. Not a great cafeteria. Office environment is dated in most buildings.
