Pros

Good bonus/RSU and working is flexible (depend on team/manager that you reporting to). You can open door with your team and manager. You can change your career path/position within intel prior opportunity since the company is pretty big.

Cons

Development work not so much, more on supporting. The base salary hike is a bit slow depend on your yearly KPI, manager/team budget. Politics is very high among the employees & sites.

Sometimes as a software professional in a hardware company, you are valued less than you should be. There isn't always a clear a path for career advancement for software professionals, at least not as much as for hardware pros.
