salary on time. If you're looking for a company where you would like to spend your entire career without innovation it's best for you. As you spend much time within organization more you can ask others to do your work as company won't bother about it bcoz you're an employee from last 5-10 years. If you don't bother about technology you can go here.
Cons
Legacy projects, no new technology, superiors are kind of dictators in this organization they would exercise all their powers to make you work that doesn't match even your profile, even they can ask you to do work of other people who aren't capable of doing their own work and you won't get even appreciation in return for this forget about increment as always their budget is very tight till you resign. There are employees who resigned 4-5 times in 5 years just to get increment and they do get because they are working(no output) since last 10 years. Very few managers appreciate talented people or else most of would try to humiliate you by asking questions related to their own application if you're stronger than your manager in programming. Managers do make false commitment to convince you to work for client location.If you want to switch from one project to another then manager will ask you to resign but he won't release you from his project just to maintain hi reputation in eyes or upper management like all people from my project are enjoying to work and no one is likely to leave or switch from my projects. Finally, would like to say if you're enjoying to work 10-12 hours daily and sometimes even on weekends you can go here without 2nd thought.
