You will get the package that you have demanded

Cons

No work from home. Every weekend working and no comp-offs or extra pay. Every day you will have to stretch for 1-2 hours extra. No corporate ethics. The higher management will talk very arrogantly in front of the whole office. Sometimes they ask you to work on your planned leaves also. For testers, the increment is very low. There is no process of work. They change thier strategies daily.
