it good when you are starting your career .free snacks and big play ground.

Cons

Worst for experience people who are willing to change .No latest Technologies they are working on.They worked on year old outdated technology simply they are maintaining their product. Nothing to learn new after some time .Very unhealthy environment to work.when when you asked for change of team they will refuse to change. No Team outing is there.No fun events totally boring culture with the boring people.
