+ No work culture ( be ready to write assignment if you wouldn't wear tie on Monday :p ) + Poor management. Because of it I am doing the same work for past 1 month again and again. + Work life balance ( absolutely depends on project manager.But 9/10 people expects you to come even through you don't have work and don't expect comp off for Saturday) + Poor infrastructure +You can't find your HR + Virtually no growth, no hike + No transparency in salary . ( They will find 1000 reason to half your variable pay ) + No employee skill development program / libraries

1)Focus is more on politics . 2)Very bad way of treating employees. Some employees are fit to go for roadies . (especially team leaders and managers) 3)Increment is too less and nothing to learn here . 4)very bad work timings .
