      If u are in CMS team.. U can learn some banking domain..

      Cons

      Worst Management.. Worst Hr policy.. U must wear tie on Monday.. Else pay fine 500rs..u get ur first increment after 1.5yrs.. If u join by off campus ur career is gone..

      1. Friendly environment 2. Can get hands on the entire architecture of the products 3. Quality products

      Cons

      1. Poor salary 2. poor hikes and not perks. Not even a free coffee / tea machine. 3. Can never receive more than 70% of variable pay no matter what (even if the paper says 120%) 4. Politics in to everything - appraisal, onsite opportunities, awards. 5. Global HR says - there is no retention policy 6. Enter the office by 9:31 am or later and get half a day reduced from leave balance - Magic !!
