Cons
No good management. Every 6 months changes the structure of management and shuffles employee. Salary having apdp variable pay, our own money they will pay as per the appraisal. Old technology. Very less opportunity to research or use latest technologies. Work culture is like fire fighting, sprinkle water where it's burning.
