Company itself is a CONS! 1) Vey poor software project management 2) Not even thinking of adapting to latest technologies 3) NIL Work-Life balance. Need to work till 1 am or 2 am daily. To work for most of Saturday's. 4) Poor Software Quality Delivery 5) No Care for Employees, taking into consideration of any factor.
