If you are the one who wants to learn and grow, then this is the right place for you. I can tell this from my personal experience. Even during these pandemic times, I am working on different challenging projects. The learning is never on halt, no matter what's the condition out there. Thanks to the company that has provided immense support during these pandemic times. I can truly say it is the benefit of choosing the right company to work with. And would suggest you the same.

Cons

As now no cons to mention to date, but WFH is little bit of hectic now a days so always have to be online and when deadline is near its get even more difficult.

The COVID situation came as a shock to everyone. Employers had to come up with safer working ways. That’s exactly what Intellect did for the employees. They insisted that we work from homes. Initially, it was a bit difficult, but later I got used to it. The company thus ensured that we remained healthy and safe.

No cons as far as I am concerned.
