They give salary timely .You will get to know how client and organization functions even you are fresher or having less experience.

Cons

Old technology and in name of product based company they have less coding exposure.On first day of joining you have to understand the code written by some 20years of experience guy.No proper KT and document will be provided you have to gather all information yourself without knowing the responsible stakeholder.
